He has advised and represented companies, directors and employees in regulatory, competition and white collar crime investigations and prosecutions, in particular many high profile prosecutions arising out of the economic collapse. At all times Carthage’s focus is on providing practical and pragmatic advices to clients, ensuring that their interests are served and protected at all times. Carthage holds a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree (BCL) from University College Dublin and qualified as a solicitor in 2001.

In MBSL, he was the key driver of technology to service clients including the introduction of a paperless working environment, web based accounting systems and the attainment of the ISO27001 information security standard.
